We do not tie you into a yearly contract and do not charge any fees for being listed with us. We have a top-class website and will display high quality images and descriptions of your property. We will also promote your propery in national and local press advertising. We also give you the flexibility to use your second home or take your own bookings whenever you want all we ask is that you keep us informed. We will keep you up to date and confirm availability on any bookings we take as they happen.

 

We are a family run business based in Hunstanton. We have extensive knowledge of the area and are lucky enough to have lived here most of our lives. Our service is friendly and professional. We aim to always be accessible to help our customers at any time.

We also offer a fantastic service for your guests. We will meet them on arrival with keys, supply them with a welcome pack, beautifully presented in a wicker basket with fresh local produce, and we are on call to make restaurant reservations, book tickets and taxis, deliver picnic hampers and fruit baskets and generally offer advice and help on the area. We aim to make any stay in North West Norfolk as enjoyable as possible and take away any stress for home owners.

Marketing your property

We will market your property on our website cottageholidaysnorfolk.co.uk with several full colour pictures and a full description. Alongside this we advertise in national and regional publications and through various online marketing.

 

We strongly recommend that you have your property listed by visit Britain. It enables us to do more advertising and builds customer confidence. We can arrange the grading for you and advise you on what you need to get a good grading.

 

We offer a comprehensive range of property management services: changeover cleaning, laundry, gardening, security checks, mail forwarding and maintenance checks. Our service is ever evolving to accommodate our customers' needs. We offer a 24 hour call out service so if there is a problem with your property we can arrange for a member of our maintenance team to get to the property fast and resolve any issues.

 

We offer a fully bespoke service - you choose the level of services you require from us. You may just want us to arrange the letting of your property for you, or just the changeover cleaning - whatever you decide we will respect your decision.

 The services we offer to our guests are also available to you - you can order a premium welcome pack, get us to book taxis for you etc. Please just give us a call if there is anything you need. Remember we are here so that you can get the most out of your second home.

 

Everyone in our team has grown up in North West Norfolk. We have intimate knowledge of the area and are passionate about it. That means we are in the best position to help both homeowners and guests alike. All cleaning and maintenance is carried out by dedicated and professional members of our team, all of whom have many years experience in their field. We always act with the utmost integrity and professionalism. We perform quality control checks and a brief inventory before and after every stay to give the homeowner peace of mind that their second home is being well looked after. We can also arrange for any improvements to be carried out and our maintenance manager can project manage any building or renovation work. 

Laundry

As part of the changeover clean, we will take away all the used bed linen, towels etc. These will be washed, dried, ironed and returned at the next changeover. It is important to bear in mind that you will need at least 2 sets of bed linen and towels.

Mail Forward, Security, Maintenance Checks

We offer for an annual fee a full package of services to give you total peace of mind. We will call weekly and check that the property is secure and undamaged. We will collect mail and forward it to your home address fortnightly. Additionally, our maintenance manager to call on to your property once a month and check that all the services are in good working order. We will email or call you after each visit so you always know that your second home is secure and in good condition. 

Gardening

Our gardening service can also be tailored to your needs. We can arrange to simply cut the lawns as necessary, right though to a full landscape service and advice. We have excellent people with a fantastic knowledge of plants and how to make them work in any space. Again, our service is always carried out in the most professional manner.


We will also endeavour to provide any other service that you may require at competitive rates. We can also be there in an emergency. We work in partnership with local tradespeople, so if there’s a burst pipe or window out let us get it sorted for you.
