Jasmine Cottage is a substantial Victorian house close to hunstanton town centre. Very spacious and well appointed, this is an ideal base for any break. The property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard.The accommodation is over three floors:
On the ground floor: There is a large entrance hall with Victorian-style tiled flooring, a light and airy lounge equipped with TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo; Dining room with large table, stereo, books and games, log-burning stove and access to the garden; a large kitchen with plenty of worktop and storage space, professional-standard cooking equipment, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer; wet room with mixer shower, sink and WC; Wonderful conservatory with cane furniture, views of the garden and large flat screen TV.
On the first floor: Large double bedroom with TV, heated towel rail and wash basin, second double bedroom with feature fireplace, twin room with views of the garden, bunk bedroom, bathroom with bath, over bath mixer, WC and wash basin.
On the second floor: Landing with washbasin & skylight, bunk bedroom with small bunks, double room with dual aspect views and lovely Victorian dressing table.
Benefiting from an enclosed garden, this is a great place for family breaks. This house is well-loved by its owners and it really shows in its presentation. Most rooms at Jasmine Cottage have had the original floorboards restored and all the furniture and fittings are of very high quality.
Hunstanton is a Victorian seaside town. It is one of the best places to see the sunset anywhere in the UK (and the only place on the east coast where you can do so). There is plenty on offer - miles of safe, sandy beaches, the Sealife Centre, golf courses, Norfolk Lavender Fields and much more. Church Street is very close to the centre of town and the beach, but still tucked away from the main hustle and bustle. It is a great base for any family break and pefect for exploring the beautiful Norfolk Coast.
