Rose Cottage is a charming grade II listed building situated on the village green in Heacham. A true cottage renovated to a very high standard. Rose cottage is comfortable and spacious comprising: Large living room with log burner, high quality kitchen with microwave, downstairs double bedroom with en suite shower room & WC. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms (1 Double, 1 Bunk) and a bathroom. There is also an enclosed garden, barbeque and garden furniture. This cottage is in an extremely sought after location and handy for local shops, pubs and restaraunts.
Heacham is a beautiful village close to the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton. There are all the local services that you will need. There are two beaches and you are in easy reach of many other villages along the coast and the Queen's house at Sandringham. Heacham is also steeped in history - there is evidence of people living here for the last 5,000 years. A famous historical visitor to Heacham was Pocahontas who married a Heacham man called John Rolfe and spent time here in the early 1600s. You will find Pocahontas on the village sign. Heacham is a great base for any break at any time of the year.
