Sleepy Gull is a modern house recently renovated to a very high standard throughout. Much time and care has been taken to create a house that is perfect for a holiday by the sea. The house is a short hop to Old Hunstanton beach and within easy walking distance of several great places to eat and drink as well as an art gallery and charming village shop. The accommodation comprises an entrance lobby leading to a comfortable and spacious living room with TV, DVD player and log burner. Glass doors lead through to the kitchen/dining room complete with large table perfect for family dinners, the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Patio doors lead to a decked garden area with barbecue and dining furniture. The is also a downstairs WC and hand basin. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one double room and one family room with a double bed and bunk beds. Also a beautifully presented bathroom with large bath, shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Sleepy Gull has all the touches to make it feel like a home from home. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Norfolk coast.
Old Hunstanton is situated right on the north-west corner of Norfolk. Situated between the famous red and white striped cliffs and rows of pretty beach huts. It has one of the finest beaches along the coast as well as great places to eat and drink. The Norfolk coast path runs through Old Hunstanton and is a great way to explore the neighbouring villages and coastline. Old Hunstanton also has a fabulous golf course running along the dunes just behind the beach.
