Toftrees is a modern bungalow beautifully appointed and equipped to an exceptional standard. Sleeping 6 plus a baby in three bedrooms the accommodation is both comfortable and spacious. Situated in the popular village of Brancaster on the edge of the Nation Trust reserve, Toftrees has fantastic access to the Norfolk coast path and Peddars Way. The beach is a few minutes walk away and just across the lane is the Roman fort of Branodunum. There is a great selection of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. Sailing and kayaking are available just along the coast at Brancaster Staithe. Toftrees is perfect for any break on the Norfolk coast, the enclosed garden area with quality furniture and gas barbecue, perfect for families. The accommodation comprises an entrance lobby with storage for coats and walking boots, a spacious dining room with ample seating for all and beautiful artwork, thoughtfully designed kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and all the cooking equipment the keenest cook could wish for, a large comfortable living room with soft sofas for all the family to relax on, log burner, Stereo, TV, DVD player, VCR and freeview, just off the living room is the conservatory complete with toys for the kids and further seating. There are three bedrooms, all provided with crisp white linen, two doubles and one twin, the master double has an en-suite shower room and WC, also there is a master bathroom with bath and shower. There are two garden areas both cared for and well presented, one of which contains solid wood garden furniture and a gas barbecue and edged by a traditional willow fence. Toftrees is an exceptional place to stay with much attention paid to the details. The perfect place to unwind in luxury after a busy day on the Norfolk coast.
Brancaster is ideally situated for many types of break on the Norfolk coast whether you are relaxing, heading to the beach or looking for a more active holiday. There is a good selection of shop, pubs and restaurants nearby, the bustling village of Burnham Market is close by. The scenery is breathtaking and the wildlife plentiful.
