Tom's Cottage is a lovely grade II listed building situated on the green in Heacham. This property is a true cottage, in an enviable position. A compact home perfect for couples or small families. Tom's Cottage has recently been completely renovated and makes a great place to stay all year round. The accommodation comprises a living room with large fireplace and log burner and a modern cream kitchen with dining table downstairs. Upstairs there is one double and one single bedroom and a bathroom. There is a small enclosed garden to the rear of Tom's Cottage and of course the green to the front. Tom's Cottage is a great base for any break in Norfolk, close to beaches, attractions and bird reserves.
Heacham is a beautiful village close to the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton. There are all the local services that you will need. There are two beaches and you are in easy reach of many other villages along the coast and the Queen's house at Sandringham. Heacham is also steeped in history - there is evidence of people living here for the last 5,000 years. A famous historical visitor to Heacham was Pocahontas who married a Heacham man called John Rolfe and spent time here in the early 1600s. You will find Pocahontas on the village sign. Heacham is a great base for any break at any time of the year.
